Dog Park Rules and Terms & Conditions

At THE DOG PARK – Three Legged Cross, we’re committed to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all our visitors – both two-legged and four-legged. Please read and adhere to the following rules and terms & conditions to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

General Rules
  • Handlers must be at least 16 years old to bring a dog to the park. ID may be required.
  • All dogs must be registered, wear a collar with ID, and be microchipped.
  • Dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations and in good health.
  • Keep your dog on a lead until you enter the enclosed areas.
  • Supervise your dog at all times and maintain control over their behavior.
  • Clean up after your dog immediately. Poo bags and bins are provided.
  • If your dog digs a hole, please fill it in before you leave.
Health and Safety
  • Dogs that are aggressive, in heat, or unwell are not permitted in the park.(unless have sole use of park)
  • Report any incidents or injuries to staff immediately.
  • The adventure playground equipment is for dogs only. Humans are not permitted to use it.
  • Fresh water is available throughout the park. Please ensure your dog stays hydrated, especially in hot weather.
Booking and Cancellation
  • Book your session by calling 07572 239239 or 01202813029.
  • Arrive 5 minutes before your booked time slot.
  • Leave promptly at the end of your session.
  • Cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice to avoid charges.
  • No refunds for missed appointments.
Use of Facilities
  • You may use all equipment and toys provided in the park.
  • Please leave park toys in the designated area after use for sanitizing.
  • You’re welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys.
  • Keep dogs off picnic tables and seating areas.
Liability and Responsibility
  • Use of the park is at your own risk. The park is not responsible for any injuries to dogs, handlers, or guests.
  • You are responsible for your dog’s actions. Ensure you have appropriate pet insurance.
  • The park reserves the right to ask any visitor to leave immediately for rule violations, with no refund.
Special Events and Social Sessions
  • Birthday parties and other special events must be pre-booked and may have additional rules.
  • Social sessions have specific rules, including:
    • Stay in your car until advised to enter
    • Keep your dog on a lead until in the enclosure
    • Socialize with other owners before letting dogs off lead
Prohibited Items and Activities
  • No BBQs or glass items are allowed in the park.
  • No unauthorized commercial activities.
CCTV and Privacy
  • CCTV is in operation for security purposes.
  • Images may be shared with police if required.
Changes to Rules and T&C's

We reserve the right to modify these rules and T&C’s. Any changes will be communicated via our website and Facebook page.

Acceptance of Rules and T&C's

By using our facilities, you agree to abide by these rules and T&C’s. Violation may result in immediate expulsion from the park and being barred from future visits.
