Safety and Security
A: Very secure. We have 2-meter high perimeter fencing around both our adventure playground and running field. We also have CCTV surveillance and on-site staff during all operating hours.
A: Yes, we have staff on site during all operating hours to assist you and ensure everyone’s safety.
A: We have a first aid station on-site and our staff are trained to handle emergencies. In case of a serious incident, we can quickly contact emergency services.
Booking and Pricing
A: Call us on 07572 239239 or 01202 813029 to book your preferred date and time.
A: We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full session fee.
A: Yes, we offer the option for regular bookings. Please call us to discuss setting this up.
A: A 1-hour session costs £15, and a 30-minute session costs £10. This includes up to 2 dogs. Additional dogs are £2.50 each.
Facilities and What to Expect
A: Our 2-acre adventure playground includes agility equipment (A-frames, seesaws, tunnels), water features (ball pit pond, splash pool), climbing structures (Dog Tree House, Twin Towers with slide), mazes, and various toys.
A: Our secure running field is 6 acres, providing plenty of space for dogs to run and play.
A: Yes, we have fresh water bowls located throughout the park.
A: Yes, we have a variety of agility equipment in our adventure playground.
Different Types of Dogs
A: Yes, we have a dedicated Puppy Play Zone in our adventure playground.
A: Absolutely. Our private bookings are perfect for reactive dogs, allowing them to enjoy the park without encountering other dogs.
A: Yes, we have a Senior Dog Circuit with gentler activities for older or less mobile dogs.
Amenities for Humans
A: Yes, we have clean, disability-accessible toilets on site.
A: Yes, we have 3 rain shelters, including one fixed gazebo.
A: Yes, we have a Snack Shack offering hot and cold drinks and snacks.
Special Events and Social Sessions
A: Yes, we offer birthday party packages. Please call us for more information and pricing.
A: Social sessions are supervised group sessions where multiple dogs and owners can use the park together. Check our Facebook page for upcoming dates.

Miscellaneous
A: We’re open 7 days a week. Summer hours are 8am to 8pm, and winter hours are 8am to 9pm (floodlit).
A: We provide all necessary equipment, toys, and poo bags. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys if you wish.
A: Yes, we have wheelchair accessible paths to main areas, disabled parking spaces, and accessible toilet facilities.
