There is a 2 dog allowance for your 1 hour session, additional dogs will be charged at £2.50 per dog

For Additional Family's with dog's who want to attend on your session with you, please call or message for costs. If you have any questions on costs and allowances please call or message Leeann Please Note If you are bringing more than 2 dogs on your session, you may have to show the dogs registrations or any type of proof of dogs ownerships Please Note There are special rates for regular businesses please ring for costs This allows you usage to the Fully Enclosed 2 acre adventure play area and 7 acre running field Toys, Toilet, Carpark, Rain Shelter, Picnic Seating and adventure dog equipment Please Read All Rules & T&C Before Attending The Dog Park CANCELLATION POLICY Due to the the set up and nature of our business we require 24 hours notice on your pre booked session This give us time to re sale your session which cannot be done on the day full payment is required if your pre booked session is Cancelled

INFORMATION ON COSTS THE COST OF A PRIVATE SOLE SESSION AT THE DOG PARK

  • FOR A ONE HOUR SESSION - £15 PER DOG OWNER
  • FOR AN HALF HOUR SESSION - £10 PER DOG OWNER

ADDITIONAL DOGS COSTS

£2-50 For Each Additional Dog (Over Your Dog Allowance)

ONE DOG OWNER can bring 1 or 2 dogs in their session allowance , if you have additional dogs please advise us when booking your session for the additional costs.

PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS
The person who is booking a group session is responsible for the group session and costs payable. Our policy on 1 – 2 dogs per dog owner applies to any additional dogs above your allowance and
is £2-50 each additional dog. Please inform us if additional dogs and members above your allowance are attending this session.  A deposit will be required on booking via payment link and full payment of session is payable on arrival via cash or card 

BUSINESS SESSIONS COSTS

The costs of your business session will depend on your requirements and the type of business you have and how many hours you may require.  Please call us to discuss your requirements & costs to hire The Dog Park 

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION DETAILS

Payments must be made on Arrival to a member of staff who will meet you in our car park or reception areas. Payment can be made via cash or card machine or payment link on request. 

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to your session ( no payment required on this basis )
  • Cancellation on the day is payable via payment link or transfer ASAP 
  • Non payment of cancellation will lead to no return visits to the dog park 

Example Private Sessions Costs With Other Dog Owners Attending With You On Your Session  

  • 1 Dog Owner with family members with 1 / 2 dog allowance  for 1 hour session will cost £15 
  •  2 Dog  Owners with family members with 3 / 4 dog allowance for 1 hour session will cost £30
  •  3 Dog Owners with family members with 5 / 6 dog allowance  for 1 hour session will cost £ 45
  •  4 Owners with family members with 7 to 8 dog allowance for 1 hour session will cost £ 60
